Universal Criminal will not accepts any responsibility for the actions of its members. Dont blame us.

1) The Terms of Service below can be changed at any time. It is the players responsibility to check frequently for changes.

2) This Term of Service document is in no-way a rules document. If the admin or staff feel you are guilty of doing something wrong you may be punished at their discretion.

3) Players agree to abide by all game rules and understand that any violation will result in a given punishment.

4) You are only allowed to have one account per individual. Players found to have multiple accounts also known as "multis" will have the main account jailed and or deleted.all other "multis" will be deleted.

5) Any action within your account you are responsible for. This includes posting an illegal/offensive picture within your account and all message board postings and information exchanged in chat.

6) Any and all players who register on this game is agreeing that they will not discriminate others for any reason what-so-ever. If you are caught you will be punished as we see fit.

7) Universal Criminal encourages all users to give their opinions and ideas on any subject other than X rated topics..Political views are acceptable but dont get rediculous about it..

8) Donations and/or payments of any sort made to UC towards running and maintenance costs and/or any other premium features made through an online vendor are non-refundable in the case of a "player-wipe" WE WILL re-credit with the donation pack purchased by you, but we will NOT refund your money for ANY reason..

9) Universal Criminal is not responsible for loss of personal money in the case of an error between paypal and us (ie. if we do not receive cash, Then you will not receive the service including in such a donation.)

10) Players who sign up agree not to tamper with anything that has to do with Universal Criminal.This includes but is not limited to (web graphics, using hacking methods to gain illegal access to our files etc etc). Any player found in violation agrees that they may be punished to the full extent of the law. 

11) Other sections of the game may have it's own rules (such as the chat rooms.) These rules are an addition to the Terms of Service and not a replacement. Violation of these rules is considered to be a violation of the Terms of Service and will be dealt with accordingly. Please make yourself familiar with all game rules before playing. Failure to be familiar with the game rules is not an excuse for breaking them and will not be accepted as a defense of your account.

13) Not withstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Universal Criminal have any liability to you for any claims, damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise).

14) Any individual who attempts to reverse engineer or affect the system integrity of Universal Criminal (including attempting to access any internal part of the game from an offsite location) will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.

15) We are not liable for how a player runs his/her Federation anything that goes on in their Federation is confidential to them and their members unless staff is given a reason to intrude.

16) Any uploaded files, be it pictures or text files and mail sent or received are not the responsibility of Universal Criminal, but responsibility of the player that uploaded the file or sent the mail.

17) We take no responsibility for anything published on this site that is not publically released by us (Universal Criminal)
